Baking!
After my Folksy Friday last week I was even more eager to get my apron on, and here are the results!
Although the green icing kind of implies a minty flavour its vanilla sponge and vanilla buttercream, from a recipe out of the Hummingbird Bakery cookbook (I don't get paid for plugging the HBB, honest! I just love it!)

ReplyDeleteThanks all! I ran out of sprinkles so had to resort to breaking up some chocolate for the topping, but it worked out pretty well in the end!
